Shipping Information For Retail Purchases
- Flat rate starts from $16.70 to $25.85 for orders up to 5 kg within Australia. (based on current Auspost Flat Rate)
- Additional of $5 for Express Delivery for orders up to 5 kg.
We aim to ship orders within 2 days after completion of order. However, transit times may delay due to factors such as weekend, holidays, weather condition, unforeseen events, and in circumstances when courier didn’t pick up at the scheduled date. General shipment times for local deliveries may take 1-5 days
and interstate deliveries 2-7 days.
We endeavour to ensure that your order is correct and packed very carefully prior to delivery.
Damaged or Faulty Products
We will refund the amount of fragile items if they were damaged during the delivery from our warehouse
to your location. In the event the goods are damaged upon receipt, please send us photos of the damaged products within 24 hrs by emailing us at hello@pinoymerkado.com.au
Refunds
Refund is not available if you changed your mind after your order has been confirmed and shipped to you. However, if we shipped the wrong item, or have an issue with the product, please contact us immediately to resolve the issue. A full refund will be made for the particular item excluding shipping fee.
